Why this site is organised by arrival point

A traveller landing at Montréal-Trudeau does not need a brochure about Montréal. They need to know which door to walk out of, whether the chauffeur can wait at that curb, how long customs usually takes on a Sunday evening and what the drive to Old Montréal costs. LimousineCanada.ca is written from that starting point. Each airport, FBO, cruise terminal and station has its own guide, and each guide ends in the same place: an online booker that turns the published range into an exact, fixed fare.

How we work

• Published rate card. Fares are shown as ranges per kilometre and per hour, with distances and typical drive times next to every example route. The limo rates page explains every component.
• Book direct. Reservations go straight to our dispatch through the online booker, not through a ride-app or marketplace.
• Licensed, commercially insured vehicles and chauffeurs. Every vehicle carries the commercial licensing and insurance its province and airport require, and chauffeurs are briefed on the specific pickup rules of each airport and terminal.
• Tracking. Flights, trains and ship arrivals are tracked, and the pickup moves with the real arrival time.
• Honest comparisons. Our guides say when the UP Express, the Canada Line or a city bus is the better choice. A chauffeured car is worth booking for comfort, luggage, groups, late arrivals and fixed costs, and we would rather you book it for those reasons.

The vehicles

The fleet has five classes: Executive Sedan, Luxury SUV, Executive Sprinter, stretch limousine and mini-coach. They are chosen by luggage first and passenger count second, because the most common problem at an airport curb is a car that is too small for the cases.

Policies in plain language

Cancellation is free with more than 72 hours' notice. Within 72 hours the charge is 10% of the reserved service, within 48 hours 50%, and within 24 hours or for a no-show 100%, all measured from the scheduled pickup time. The full wording is in our terms.
