Reserve Your Chauffeur

How booking works

1. Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport, FBO, cruise terminal or station, plus date and time.
2. Add the flight, train or sailing. We track it and move the pickup if the arrival changes.
3. Choose the vehicle. Sedan, SUV, Sprinter or stretch — the fare for each is shown before you choose.
4. Confirm. You receive a confirmation with the fare, then the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details before pickup.

Changes and cancellation

Cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice and there is no charge. Within 72 hours the charge is 10% of the reserved service, within 48 hours 50%, and within 24 hours or for a no-show 100%, measured from the scheduled pickup time. Proms, major holidays and large conventions can carry a different deadline, which is stated on the confirmation.
