A limo and chauffeur service in Canada covers more ground than the word "limousine" suggests. The same black car that collects a family from the arrivals hall on Friday may take a bridal party to a ceremony on Saturday and a finance team to a roadshow on Monday. This page is the directory: it names each service, says who it suits, gives the rate range that applies, and sends you to the page with the planning detail.

All prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Tolls such as the 407 ETR are extra and gratuity is at your discretion. The online booker turns each range into one all-in fare for your exact addresses.

What limo services does LimousineCanada.ca offer?

LimousineCanada.ca offers airport and private aviation transfers, cruise, ferry and rail terminal pickups, hourly chauffeur hire, corporate car service, wedding limos, prom limos, party bus rental, Sprinter vans for groups, intercity routes and cross-border runs, all booked direct at published CAD ranges.

The rest of this page walks through them in the order most people need them. If you already know what you want, go straight to the booker; if you are still working out which vehicle suits a plan, the table near the end matches vehicles to occasions.

Airport limo transfers

Airport work is the foundation of the business, and the most structured: your chauffeur follows the flight, waits 60 minutes free after an international landing or 30 minutes after a domestic one, and can meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name board for an extra $100 to $150. Child seats are free when requested at booking.

We keep a page for each major airport, with door-level pickup notes and fare ranges. Start with the airport limo overview or go straight to the hub you need:

The full list lives on the airports index.

A worked example shows how the card behaves. Calgary's airport sits about 17 km from downtown. At $4.65 to $5.55 per km an Executive Sedan would come to roughly $79 to $94 on distance alone, so the $145 to $175 minimum applies. A Luxury SUV for the same run is $180 to $220, and an Executive Sprinter $295 to $355, because each class has its own floor. The same logic holds for most airport-to-downtown runs under about 30 km, which is why those trips read as flat figures rather than sliding ones.

Private aviation, cruise, ferry and rail terminal transfers

Private aviation and FBO transfers

When you fly privately, the car belongs on the ramp side of the building rather than the arrivals curb. Our private aviation pages cover the terminals where that matters, including Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Montréal, Calgary and Ottawa. Rates follow the same published card as every other transfer.

Cruise port, ferry terminal and train station pickups

Port and station transfers share a pattern: a large crowd leaves at the same moment, and the vehicle that was assigned to you is the one waiting for you. Guides are available for cruise ports such as Canada Place in Vancouver, Halifax Pier 21 and the Québec City terminal, and for train stations from Toronto Union Station to Montréal Central Station. Ferry terminals, including the BC Ferries docks, are gathered under ferry terminals.

City limo service

Each major city has its own page with local fare tables, venues and licensing notes:

Horseshoe Falls at Niagara Falls
Horseshoe Falls at Niagara Falls

If your city is not listed, the booker still prices any Canadian address.

City pages are the right starting point when your trip is local rather than tied to a terminal. They list venues, arena nights, conference districts and the licensing arrangements that apply in that city, so you can see how a pre-booked car fits with the way the downtown actually works. A Friday evening near an arena is a different problem from a Tuesday morning in a financial district, and the pages treat them differently.

Hourly and as-directed chauffeur hire

Hourly hire suits a day with several stops: meetings across a city, a property tour, a shopping circuit, a conference with a hotel at either end. You pay by the hour with a minimum, and the vehicle waits wherever you need it. The hourly chauffeur page explains how to plan the day.

VehiclePassengersHourly rangeMinimum
Executive Sedan3$135 to $165 per hour2 hours, so $270 to $330
Luxury SUV6$175 to $210 per hour2 hours, so $350 to $420
Executive Sprinter12 to 14$240 to $295 per hour3 hours, so $720 to $885
Stretch limousine8 to 10$225 to $300 per hour3 hours, so $675 to $900
Mini-coach or party bus20 to 30$300 to $420 per hour4 hours, so $1,200 to $1,680

Corporate car service

Business travel is predictable until it is not. Corporate clients use us for airport arrivals, client entertainment, roadshows with several stops a day, and executive travel that needs a consistent standard from one city to the next. The corporate car service page covers accounts, invoicing and how security teams coordinate with a chauffeur. A business can ask about an account at booking, which keeps receipts together and keeps one person from fronting every fare on a personal card.

Weddings, proms and party buses

Three occasions, three different sets of constraints. A wedding is a timetable, a prom is a parental and school-policy question, and a party bus is a licensing question. Each has its own page.

Wedding limos

A wedding day is a timetable, and the car is a part of it. The wedding limo guide sets out a full timeline from the first photographs to the last guest shuttle, and compares a stretch limousine with an SUV or a Sprinter for the bridal party. The related blog posts cover seasonal venues.

Prom and graduation limos

Prom is a group booking made by parents and students under a school's rules. The prom limo page covers school policies, who may sign for the booking, safety and the no-alcohol standard, and links to the longer prom and graduation season guide.

Party bus rental

Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette nights, concerts and sports evenings call for a mini-coach with perimeter seating for 20 to 30. The party bus rental page explains how alcohol rules differ by province, which is the single question most people get wrong.

Sprinter vans for groups and crews

An Executive Sprinter seats 12 to 14 with 12 or more bags and is the practical vehicle for film crews, sports teams, conference delegations and large families. See Sprinter van rental for configurations and what to expect from the minimum. Split across a dozen riders, even the three-hour hourly minimum of $720 to $885 comes to a modest per-person figure, and the group arrives together instead of in a convoy.

Intercity routes, resort transfers and cross-border runs

Intercity and resort routes

Longer runs between cities and into resort country are priced per kilometre, then rounded to the nearest $5, with a minimum as shown in the rate card. The routes hub lists the popular ones. Examples include Toronto airport to Niagara Falls, Calgary airport to Banff, Vancouver to Whistler and Toronto to Montréal.

Cross-border limo

If your trip crosses into the United States, travel documents, border waiting time and where a car may collect you on the US side all matter. The cross-border limo page covers it, and the Toronto to Buffalo airport and Vancouver to Seattle routes are the most requested examples. Carry the documents the border authorities ask for, and expect that time spent waiting in a border queue is time the vehicle is still on the clock.

Luxury hotels, resorts, events and attractions

Luxury hotels and resorts

Arriving at a grand hotel is a small ritual: which entrance, where the porter stands, how a car pulls under the porte-cochère. The hotels and resorts hub groups our arrival guides. We are not affiliated with any hotel, and the guides are written for guests rather than as endorsements.

Events, attractions and holidays

Festivals, matches and long weekends are where demand peaks and cars run short, so booking early matters most. Browse events and attractions, or read the travel desk for itinerary help. Popular guides include TIFF, the Calgary Stampede and Valentine's Day.

Add-ons and details that apply to every service

A few items follow you across the whole menu, and they are worth knowing before you choose.

  • Meet and greet. A name-board greeter inside the arrivals hall is $100 to $150 on top of the fare.
  • Child seats. Supplied at no charge if you ask when booking, so say how many children there are and how old.
  • Flight tracking. Included on airport and terminal transfers, so the pickup follows the actual landing.
  • Free wait. Sixty minutes after an international arrival, thirty after a domestic one.
  • Tolls and gratuity. Tolls such as the 407 ETR are extra, and gratuity is for you to decide.
  • Tax. Published ranges are before tax.

None of these changes the structure of a booking; they are the small things that make a trip feel considered.

Licensing, insurance and what to ask about them

Chauffeured service is licensed locally, and the requirements differ by city and province, so a supplier should be able to tell you which regime covers your trip. Toronto, for example, requires limousine owners to be licensed and to show $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance, as the City explains on its limousine owner page. In British Columbia, limousine operators need a passenger transportation licence with special authorization, and the Passenger Transportation Board outlines the process on its limousine and shuttle page. In Québec, paid passenger transport by automobile must use a qualified vehicle and driver, which the Commission des transports du Québec describes in its passenger transport FAQ. Our vehicles run under commercial for-hire insurance and are no more than four model years old.

When a service is not the right answer

A chauffeur is optional. Compared with other ways of getting around, here is where each option wins.

Cancellation and changes

Every service above shares one scale, counted back from the scheduled pickup time. Release a reservation more than 72 hours ahead and nothing is charged. From 72 hours down to 48 hours the charge is 10%, from 48 hours down to 24 hours it is 50%, and inside 24 hours, or if nobody shows, the full fare applies. With the scale published, you can decide calmly when to hold a reservation and when to let it go.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest service you offer?

A short Executive Sedan transfer. The minimum is $145 to $175, which covers most airport-to-downtown runs. Per-kilometre pricing at $4.65 to $5.55 applies only once the distance pushes the fare above the minimum.

Can I book a limo for just one hour?

Hourly hire has a minimum: two hours for a sedan or SUV, three for a Sprinter or stretch limousine, and four for a mini-coach or party bus. Single point-to-point transfers are priced per kilometre instead.

Do you offer limo service outside the big cities?

Yes. The booker prices any Canadian address, and the hub pages cover the main airports, private aviation terminals, cruise ports and stations.

How far ahead should I book a wedding or prom limo?

As early as your date is fixed. Spring and early summer concentrate weddings and proms into a few weekends, and the cancellation scale means an early booking costs nothing if plans change more than 72 hours out.

Which vehicle fits a group of ten?

A stretch limousine seats eight to ten, a Sprinter takes twelve to fourteen with more luggage space, and a mini-coach covers twenty to thirty. Choose by how many bags and how much room the group wants.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is at your discretion and is not included in the published ranges.

Are tolls included?

Tolls such as the 407 ETR are extra and are not part of the published ranges.

Do you work with hotels or venues?

We are not affiliated with any hotel or venue. Our guides describe how arrivals work at each, so you can plan the car without assuming an endorsement.
