What we collect

When you make a reservation we collect the information needed to carry it out: passenger names, contact email and phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight, train or sailing details, and any notes you add, such as child-seat requirements. Payments are processed by the booking platform's payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and carry out the reservation, to send the chauffeur's details and updates, to track your arrival, and to handle billing, changes and cancellations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

The chauffeur and dispatch team assigned to your trip receive the details needed to perform it. The online booking platform processes the reservation on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

Partner registrations

When an owner-operator, fleet operator or chauffeur registers through Drive With Us, we collect the contact, licence, vehicle and insurance details entered in the form and the documents uploaded with it. These are stored privately on our server outside the public website, are seen only by the team that verifies partners, and are used only to assess and manage the partnership, including confirming licences and insurance with their issuers. Applicants may ask for their documents to be deleted if they withdraw or are not accepted.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. The embedded booking tool may set its own cookies needed to complete a reservation.

Retention and your rights

We keep reservation records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by replying to your booking confirmation.
