Reservations
Every reservation starts in the booker on this page: choose the pickup and drop-off, the date and time, and the vehicle, and the exact fare appears before you confirm. Your confirmation arrives by email, followed by the chauffeur's name and vehicle details before pickup.
Groups, roadshows and events
For a multi-day corporate roadshow, a wedding with several pickups, a conference shuttle or a cruise group, select hourly service in the booker and list the schedule in the notes. We reply with a single itinerary and fare. The fleet page shows which vehicle suits each group size.
Already booked?
Reply to your confirmation email to change times, addresses or vehicles, or to add a child seat or meet-and-greet. Our FAQ covers waiting time, luggage and cancellations.
