A luxury hotel car service in Canada is, at its simplest, a pre-booked chauffeur who knows where the car pulls in. That matters more than it sounds. Some of the country's grand hotels sit above a train station, some are on a mountain road with a park gate on the way, and one is on an island reached by ferry. This hub collects 24 of them in one place, grouped by region, with short notes drawn from each property's own website and a link to a dedicated arrival guide for every hotel.
LimousineCanada.ca is an independent chauffeur service and has no business relationship with any hotel listed here. We describe what a guest needs to know about arriving; the hotels describe themselves on their own sites, and we link to each one.
How do I book a chauffeured car to a luxury hotel in Canada?
{answer}Book on LimousineCanada.ca with your flight or train number, the hotel name and the arrival time. Airport runs to central hotels fall under the minimum transfer of $145–$175 in an Executive Sedan; longer resort runs are priced by distance. The online booker shows the exact all-in fare before you confirm.{/answer}
The process is the same for every property. Choose the vehicle that fits your party and luggage, enter the pickup and the hotel, and add your flight number so the chauffeur can track the landing. A name-board meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall is an optional extra at $100–$150, and child seats are free when requested.
Hotel arrival fares at a glance
The rate card is per vehicle, before tax, and the per-kilometre range applies once a trip exceeds the minimum. For most central-hotel airport runs, the minimum is what you pay. The hotels' own sites give several of the distances below.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pearson to a downtown Toronto hotel | about 28 km, per the Ritz-Carlton Toronto | 30–45 min | $145–$175 | $180–$220 | $295–$355 |

| Pearson to Langdon Hall, Cambridge | about 80 km, approximate | about 1 h 15 min | $370–$445 | $470–$565 | $660–$790 |

Anywhere beyond the table, use the booker: it takes the exact address, the distance and the vehicle and returns a fixed number. See also our rates page and the fleet page for vehicle details.
Toronto hotels: Union Station, the Financial District and Yorkville
Toronto's grand hotels cluster in three places: beside Union Station, in the Entertainment District, and in Yorkville. The Pearson run is the same distance to all of them, and the Pearson airport limo page explains the terminals and pickup points. Billy Bishop is close to the waterfront hotels; see the Billy Bishop page.
- Fairmont Royal York. The hotel has stood at 100 Front Street West since 1929, directly across from Union Station. Its site describes a complimentary shuttle to Billy Bishop every 15 minutes and valet parking at the east entrance. Royal York website.

For city service beyond the airport, see the Toronto limo page.
Muskoka and Southwestern Ontario resorts
The cottage-country resorts are a drive, not a transfer. They sit two to three hours north of Pearson, and our Pearson to Muskoka page sets out the highway, the coach alternatives and the timing around summer Fridays.

- JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa. At 1050 Paignton House Road in Minett on Lake Rosseau. Marriott's fact sheet lists 127 rooms and 94 suites, with 17 event rooms. Rosseau resort website.

- Fogo Island Inn. The inn lists 29 rooms and suites on an island in the North Atlantic, with all meals included and 100% of operating surpluses reinvested in the community. It names Gander International (YQX) as the closest airport, and the island is reached by ferry, so arrival depends on the crossing. Fogo Island Inn website.
Ferry timetables, not the road, set the pace of an island arrival, which is why the dedicated page deals with timing in detail.
British Columbia: Vancouver, Whistler, Victoria and Tofino
Vancouver's hotels sit on the harbour and in the downtown core, and Whistler and Victoria are each a drive or a ferry away. Our Vancouver airport limo page and Vancouver limo page cover the city, and the Vancouver to Whistler page covers the Sea-to-Sky Highway.

Alberta: the Rockies and Calgary

- Fairmont Banff Springs. The hotel says it has offered hospitality since 1888 and lists 724 guest rooms and suites, with a golf course designed by Stanley Thompson. It is described as minutes from the town of Banff. Banff Springs website.

Hotel shuttle, train, taxi or private car: how the options compare
The cheapest option is not always the best for a hotel arrival, and sometimes it is. Here is how they compare.
| Arrival method | Cost | Timing | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel shuttle, where offered | free or low | scheduled, shared | Solo guests with light luggage; the Royal York describes a complimentary Billy Bishop shuttle |
| Train or express rail | low to mid fare | fixed timetable | Guests going station to station, such as the Queen Elizabeth above Central Station |
| Taxi | metered or flat zone fare | on demand | Short airport runs with no pre-booking |
| Rideshare | varies with demand | on demand, app pickup areas | Spontaneous trips when the price is acceptable |
| Private car, Executive Sedan | $145–$175 minimum transfer | exact pickup time | Guests who want a named chauffeur at arrivals |
| Private car, Luxury SUV | $180–$220 minimum transfer | exact pickup time | Families and groups with bags |
If you are travelling alone with one bag and the hotel is above a rail station, take the train or the shuttle. A chauffeur becomes the better value for three to six guests, for late arrivals, for early-morning departures, and for resorts that no scheduled service reaches. For the difference between a fixed and a variable fare, see our rideshare comparison.
What happens at the door: valets, porte-cochères and who opens the car
Each hotel handles arrivals differently, and the details change. The Royal York describes valet parking at its east entrance. The Palliser describes valet at the 9th Avenue entrance. The Château Laurier limits valet parking to overnight guests. The Ritz-Carlton Toronto connects to the PATH walkway. Rather than guess, we ask: the chauffeur confirms the correct pull-in point with you in a message before arrival.

Luggage handling follows the hotel's own bell staff. Your chauffeur loads and unloads at the pickup, and the hotel takes the bags at the other end. Tipping the bell staff is a matter between you and the hotel.
Weddings, conferences and events at Canada's hotels
Several of these properties describe wedding venues and event spaces on their own sites. Langdon Hall says its venues host weddings of up to 120 guests, and the JW Marriott Rosseau lists 17 event rooms. A wedding day usually needs a car for the couple and a vehicle for guests. Our wedding limo page sets out a timeline, and the stretch limousine is charged by the hour at $225–$300 with a three-hour minimum.
Conference delegations are better served by an Executive Sprinter, which seats twelve to fourteen with twelve or more bags. See the corporate car service page. If your event involves several vehicles, book them together and share a single contact so the arrival is coordinated.
Seasons, ferries and park passes
Resort access has a season. Whistler and the Rockies need winter driving care and, in some conditions, extra time. Parks Canada requires a pass for entry to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, and the passes are sold at the gates. Island properties such as Fogo Island depend on ferry schedules. Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu notes a golf season from May to October, while Deerhurst describes itself as open year-round.
Peak weekends fill hotels and roads together. For events that affect arrivals, see our events guide and the attractions guide. Check your date against the events guide before you settle on a pickup time.
What is included in every booking, and how cancellation works
Each booking includes a professional chauffeur, a clean vehicle and flight tracking where an airport is involved. Free wait after landing is 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic arrivals. Tolls are added at cost, and gratuity is at your discretion.
The notice period runs back from the scheduled pickup time. Cancel with more than 72 hours' notice and there is no charge. At 72 hours or less, 10% applies; at 48 hours or less, 50%; at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, 100%.
