For airport transfers, 24 hours ahead is comfortable and same-day is often possible. For weddings, proms, long-weekend cruise days and large conventions, book weeks ahead: Sprinters and stretch limousines are limited in every city.

Yes. The fare shown in the booker for your route and vehicle is the fare you pay, plus any tolls you agree to, extra stops or waiting beyond the included allowance. Published ranges exist because the exact figure depends on your address.

No. Published ranges are before tax. The booker adds the GST, HST or QST that applies in the province of service and shows the total before you confirm.

Gratuity is at your discretion. Many travellers add 15 to 20% for a good service; the booker shows whether a gratuity has been included on your reservation.

An Executive Sedan takes three passengers with two large cases and two carry-ons. A Luxury SUV takes up to six passengers and five or six large cases. An Executive Sprinter takes twelve to fourteen passengers with a case each. Skis, golf bags and strollers count as large items.

Yes, at no charge, when you list the child's age and seat type at booking. Canadian provinces require appropriate child restraints in vehicles like ours, so please do not leave it until the pickup.

Sixty minutes after landing on international arrivals, thirty minutes on domestic flights, and fifteen minutes at a residence or hotel. Waiting beyond that is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the hourly rate.

Yes. Send the tail number, the FBO and the estimated arrival time. See the private aviation guides for the FBOs we serve most often.

Yes. Changes to time, address or vehicle can be made through the booking confirmation or by replying to it. Changes within 24 hours of pickup are subject to availability.

More than 72 hours' notice: no charge. 72 hours or less: 10% of the reserved service. 48 hours or less: 50%. 24 hours or less, or a no-show: 100%. Times are measured from the scheduled pickup. Proms, major holidays and large conventions can carry a different deadline, which is shown on the confirmation.

Cross-border transfers, for example to Buffalo or Seattle, can be requested in the booker. Every passenger needs valid travel documents for both countries, and border wait times are charged as waiting time.
