1. Reservations and fares
A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from LimousineCanada.ca. The fare on the confirmation is fixed for the route, date, time and vehicle class booked. It excludes tolls, parking and airport fees unless the confirmation says they are included, and it excludes extra stops, route changes requested during the trip and waiting time beyond the included allowance, which are charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle in fifteen-minute increments. Applicable taxes are added at the rate for the province of service.
2. Waiting time
Included waiting time is sixty minutes after the actual landing time on international flights, thirty minutes on domestic flights and fifteen minutes at all other pickups. If a passenger has not made contact by the end of the included time and cannot be reached, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
3. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations are measured from the scheduled pickup time on the confirmation:
| Notice given | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours | No charge |
| 72 hours or less | 10% of the reserved services |
| 48 hours or less | 50% of the reserved services |
| 24 hours or less, or no-show | 100% of the reserved services |
Proms, major holidays and large conventions may carry a different cancellation deadline, which will be stated on the confirmation. Changes to time, address or vehicle are subject to availability.
4. Passengers and conduct
The number of passengers may not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Open alcohol is permitted only where provincial law allows it and only for passengers of legal drinking age; the chauffeur may refuse or end service where passenger conduct is unsafe. Cleaning charges apply where a vehicle requires professional cleaning after a trip.
5. Luggage and property
Luggage must fit within the capacity of the vehicle class booked. LimousineCanada.ca is not responsible for items left in vehicles, although we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
6. Delays beyond our control
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, border processing, police action or other events outside our reasonable control. Chauffeurs plan routes and timings to allow for normal conditions.
7. Child seats
Child and booster seats are supplied at no charge when requested at booking with the child's age and weight. Passengers remain responsible for providing accurate information.
8. Contact
Questions about a reservation can be raised by replying to the confirmation email.
